Verzendbeleid
Cancellations, Amendments, returns and refunds – Cancellation after submitting your order cannot be accepted. Once you have submitted an order, we cannot amend an order or add to it. Due to the speed we process orders, the items may already be dispatched.
If an Item is out of stock – If an item, you purchase goes out of stock it will automatically be refunded to the same account you paid with. You will be notified if this happens.
Received the wrong item – If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item, we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packaging to help us resolve this.
Missing Item – If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to cs.kknails@outlook.com
PLEASE NOTE– we are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at check out. If you have entered your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, You will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend – p&p to be paid by customer for re shipping.
International Shipping
- Our shipping costs are based on weight & size of products.
- Orders may be subject to import duty and tax, dependent of the country.
KK NAILS & BEAUTY will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes applied are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.
Some international orders have taken as long as25 working days to arrive due to the country’s strict customs, unfortunately we don’t have any control over this.
HOLIDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS
During holidays, busy periods and adverse weather conditions you may experience delays. This is due to the postal service. We will always aim to get all parcels out for delivery within two working days wherever possible.
